- Accompanying Person: Only one
family member/friend is permitted to accompany
each candidate for the Convocation.
- Children Not Allowed: Children below
18 years of age are not permitted to attend
the Convocation.
- Entry Pass: An entry pass will be issued to
the candidate and the accompanying person. Please ensure
that the accompanying person's name is entered correctly.
Changes may not be permitted after submission.
- Valid ID Proof: Candidates and their
accompanying persons must carry valid photo ID proof and
produce it at the time of entry.
Important: Entry to the
Convocation venue will be subject to verification of the issued
entry pass and valid ID proof.
